Al-Wafi Project

AL-Khan for engineering consultancy supervise on the implementation of the AL-Wafi Residence project in Baghdad /AL-Tajiyat, where the project consists of two types of buildings; the first type of buildings which is 28 buildings with 4 floors each on part of the project area which will be designed in Duplex style and the construction system will be used is Isolated Concrete Forms. As for the second type of buildings; they are 17 towers consisting of 20 floors including two towers located at the front of the project which is considered as a landmark with a different design in the form an equilateral triangle, whereas the remaining 15 towers will be in the shape of (Y) from the top view which will provide the residential units from all sides the view of green spaces. The total residential units for all complex are (3668) with various designs and sizes.

يشرف مكتب الخان للاستشارات الهندسية على تنفيذ مشروع مدينة الوافي السكنية في بغداد/التاجيات حيث يتكون المشروع من نوعين من المباني النوع الاول من 28بناية ذات 4 طوابق على جزء من مساحة المشروع والتي في سيتم تنفيذها مصممة بأسلوب الـ duplex والتقنية المستخدمة لإنجاز هذه الابنية هي isolated concrete forms   تقنية قوالب الكونكريتية المعزولة. اما النوع الثاني من المباني فهي ابراج بعدد 17 ومتكونة من20 طابق منها برجين تقع في مقدمة المشروع تعتبر كعلامة مميزة بتصميم مختلف على شكل (مثلث) متساوي الاضلاع اما باقي الابراج وعددها 15 برج فهي بتصميم على شكل حرف (Y) من الاعلى حيث يضمن هذا الشكل للوحدات السكنية من جميع الجهات بالاطلالة على مساحات خضراء موزعة بين الابراج، يبلغ مجموع الوحدات السكنية لكل المجمع (3668) وحدة سكنية بتصاميم ومساحات متنوعة.
